General Terms and Conditions You can return one or more items up to 30 days after the delivery date of your order. Items must be in perfect condition and still have all labels. You can return your orders free of charge. The cost for the return is XX.
  • Payments made through PSE:
    If you have paid for your order through PSE, bear in mind that when you request your return you will need to enter the bank details needed in order for your transaction to be returned via bank transfer.
  • If your order is cancelled and you have paid through PSE:
    As it is an immediate payment method, you must also request a return through your customer account and enter the necessary bank details so that we can refund your order via bank transfer.
  • Return already deposited in store of an order paid through PSE:
    If you have already visited the store to deliver your return and you have not filled in the request through our website, remember that you will need to do so to receive your refund.
    You must access your order details in your account and click ENTER BANK DETAILS to complete the transfer information so you can see the amount reflected in your account within a maximum of 30 days.
Are shipping costs refunded?

How to make a return at a store.
  • For in-store returns, you do not need to submit a return request on the website/app.
  • All you have to do is go to the store with the items you want to return and present your receipt at the till.

How and when will I receive my refund? The refund for your return will be made via the same payment method you used for your purchase.
